Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ResumeAI at airesume.pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ResumeAI is an AI-powered platform that helps users create professional resumes, cover letters, and ATS scores. The Service is offered on a freemium basis with paid subscription plans.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address and a secure password to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

ResumeAI offers the following plans:

• Free: 3 AI-generated resumes per account.
• Pro ($5/month): Unlimited resumes, cover letters, ATS scoring, and priority generation.
• Business ($15/month): Everything in Pro plus LinkedIn optimization and priority support.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at support@airesume.pro.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate false, fraudulent, or misleading resume content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API.
• Share account credentials with others.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to harm the Service's infrastructure.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI (powered by Groq / Llama) to generate resume content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or suitable for your specific situation.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.
• ResumeAI is not responsible for hiring outcomes resulting from use of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit (your experience, skills, etc.). The AI-generated output is yours to use freely. ResumeAI retains ownership of the platform, brand, and underlying technology.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations or result in employment.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of employment opportunities or business revenue.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@airesume.pro.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
