Terms of Service

By accessing or using AI Resume Pro ("the Service") at https://airesume.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Zhang, an independent developer. Questions can be directed to william@codebyzhang.com.

AI Resume Pro provides a suite of AI-powered career tools including resume builders, cover letter generators, ATS checkers, interview preparation tools, and more. The Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Free plan — 12 credits granted on account creation at no cost.
• Starter plan — $9/month for 80 credits per billing cycle.
• Pro plan — $19/month for unlimited credits.

Credits are consumed each time you generate output from a tool. Free plan credits do not expire but are a one-time grant. Paid plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.

To access the AI tools you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• Keep your password secure and not share your account with others.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Cancellation — you may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Refunds — we offer refunds within 7 days of first payment if you are unsatisfied with the Service and have used fewer than 20 credits. Contact us at william@codebyzhang.com to request a refund.
• Price changes — we will provide at least 14 days notice of any price changes via email before they take effect.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is false, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other people.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service at scale.
• Use the Service to create competing products without our written permission.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credits to other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

The Service uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate content. By using the tools you acknowledge:

• AI-generated content is provided "as is" and should be reviewed before use.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content for a specific purpose.
• You are responsible for how you use the generated content, including ensuring it accurately represents you.
• You retain ownership of the content you input and the content generated for you.

The AI Resume Pro brand, logo, design, and underlying software are owned by Zhang and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

Content you generate using the Service belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over your resume content, cover letters, or any other output.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
• AI-generated content will guarantee job interview invitations or employment.
• The Service will meet your specific career requirements.

Career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. AI Resume Pro is a tool to assist you — not a guarantee of results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Resume Pro and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is based. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
